What is air drying?

 

Inspired by raw meat foods, air-drying is a preservation method that eliminates the moisture needed for microbial growth without the use of high temperatures. This method can produce shelf-stable, very delicious food, and can retain the natural nutrients in the food almost completely, providing nutrition similar to raw meat food.

Air-drying: Removes moisture through an evaporation process. The ingredients are placed in the drying chamber, and the air is continuously circulated, slowly and gently evaporating the water until it reaches a maximum of 14%. Air-dried food has a higher moisture content than freeze-dried food, while providing an option for easy scooping and feeding.

Growth and pregnancy

4-month-old kittens: Feed 2.5 times the adult cat's current weight.

Kittens 4 to 9 months old: Feed 2 times the adult cat's current weight.

Kittens 9 months to 12 months: Feed 1.5 times the current adult cat weight.

Pregnancy: Feed 1.5 times the adult cat's current body weight. During lactation, feed 1.25 to 2.5 times the amount of adult cats. (depending on reproduction and lactation period)

 

Feeding Guidelines

Nutrience dry food products are suitable for cats of all breeds and growth stages. You just need to adjust the feeding amount according to your cat's size, age, activity level and environment. At the beginning, you can refer to our guidelines first, and then adjust according to the needs of your cat. Remember to always prepare fresh water for the furry child to drink.

 

Convert to Nutrience

When changing food for cats, it must be gradual. Start by adding 25% Nutrience food, then mix in 75% of the food you normally feed, and then gradually increase the proportion of Nutrience food over the next 5 to 7 days.
